# Error occured while processing your order

 * Hello,
 * We are facing issues with both PayPal and Stripe during checkout.
 * The following error message appears on the frontend after a customer attempts
   payment:
 * > **“An error occurred while processing your order. Please check your payment
   > method for any charges and review your order history before retrying.”**
 * Despite this message, the order does get placed — sometimes marked as failed 
   in the admin dashboard, and occasionally even as completed. However, this error
   message always appears on the frontend, creating confusion for customers.
 * After thorough testing, we found that when we disable your plugin, the checkout
   process and payments work perfectly fine.
 * Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a fix?

   I was not assigned a ticket nuumber.I was requested to provide Admin access
   in the mail.
