Error occurred while Access key validating

    Hello there,

    I just try to reconect my website with the pro version and i receive this error:

     Oct 05 2025 16:46:06: Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.

    Any ideea how i can check if all it’s OK? I confirm you that the access key it’s OK and i hve renew the payment now 3 mounth ago!

    Hello @d_alinus2004,

    One of these solutions should help:

    1. Click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.
    2. Please check the access key you inserted into the plugin. If you use our Anti-Spam plugin, the access key should match the one in the Anti-Spam Dashboard: https://cleantalk.org/my?cp_mode=antispam
