When I activate that plugin, it appears:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in D:\wwwroot\wpXedu3\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\wp-invoice\wp-invoice.php on line 40

As well as the WP-CRM plugin, it has the same problem:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in D:\wwwroot\wpXedu3\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\wp-crm\wp-crm.php on line 40
