Error on admin page after installation

I just installed WordPress and when I logged in to the admin I get the following error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/banshee/public_html/blog/wp-admin/menu-header.php on line 8

followed by:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/banshee/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php:16) in /home/banshee/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1221

I’ve tried searching and re-uploading files. Any ideas?

Also, when I go to the blog itself I see this at the bottom:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kubrick_head() (previously declared in /home/banshee/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/default/functions.php:4) in /home/banshee/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/default/footer.php on line 3
