 * I can’t creat a new task liste… on multisite…
    **error message** : ‘_An error
   occured while inserting the task list_‘
 * dB.

 * does this occur every time a task list is created? Were there any special characters
   in the task list name (anything but normal alphanumeric characters)?
 * The insert of data is handled by WordPress’ native functions, that error indicates
   something went wrong while inserting but it is unclear what.
    I updated the plugin
   so it would display WordPress’ error message when this occurs. Could you please
   update the plugin and paste the entire message here if the issue still occurs?
 * I haven’t tested the plugin with a multisite, so that is likely the cause.

 * OK .. I can creat new task only on the main site of the network .. on other sites
   the error message is :
    “An error occured while inserting the task list. Table‘
   vlaadnet_dBdb.dnc2_ftm_task_lists’ doesn’t exist”…
 * The network activation of the plugin seem don’t work…. maybe an activation site
   by site must be ok …

 * Thank you for the feedback.
 * An activation per site will likely fix the problem, but I’m surprised the task
   list interface is showing up regardless of that site-specific activation.
    Something
   to fix on my side it seems.
 * Please let me know if site-specific activation does the trick?
    If so, it is 
   unlikely the task lists will be shared across all subsites.
