 * I just installed this theme but no any such type of error arise. Please try by
   switching theme. If same problem arise on other theme like `twentyfifteen` this
   problem is not about the theme.It may be php error or WordPress error.
    Would
   you please try by installing the new version of xampp, this problem may arise
   because of older PHP version. And if your php version is latest make sure that
   is there WordPress installation is fine. Please feel free to ask if not work.
