# Error on loading discount

 * Hi there,
 * Just installed and configured ShareYourCart on WordPress (working alongside TheCartPress).
   I configured the discounts and have set it to Live mode, but when I click on 
   the discount button on the product page, the only thing that happens is a pop-
   up window opens and that says “loading…”, but nothing ever loads.
 * Can you please advise how to fix this?
