 * I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
 * If you have set an open_basedir restriction in PHP, it is not possible for BridgeDD,
   or any other bridge plugin, to work.
 * If you are using a version of PHP less than 5.3, you will need to change this
   setting in your PHP.INI file. This is a programmable setting in PHP 5.3 or greater,
   and I will add it to the next update of BridgeDD.

 * I did some research on this topic, and if you have a VPS or dedicated server 
   that uses cPanel/WHM, you can change the open_basedir setting in WHM.
 * It is located in the WHM Security Center section and is labeled “PHP open_basedir
   tweak”. If you remove the checkmark from the “Enable php open_basedir Protection”
   option and click the Save button, your problem with BridgeDD should go away.

 * The issue with PHP `open_basedir` can be solved by the user with the current 
   version BridgeDD, and the next update will insure the issue never arises again.
