 * I just installed Jigoshop version 1.17.11 and noticed that when I go to place
   an order using paypal i fill out all the fields and choose ‘Ship to billing address?’
   but then when I choose Paypal and click Check Out the page refreshed and I get
   the following error message in red: “Please verify that all your information 
   is correctly entered before placing your Order.”
 * I found a resolved similar issue but the solution there does not work for me

 * In order to get the order summary to refresh if the user changes states (for 
   tax purposes) I need to have the old blockUI.js code appended to the new functioning
   checkout.js from v 1.17.11.
 * My site had two issues and including the old blockUI.js code ensures the order
   summary on /checkout refreshes and the 1.17.11 checkout.js code works fine for
   validating and sending the user to paypal.
