Hello.

The plugin isn’t working. It displays the following error: Error al publicar en la API: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to smushpro.wpmudev.com port 443: Connection refused

Could it be a problem on the server?

Hi @edgarmag,

The error can occur due to the Firewall. Could you please check with your Hosting Provider if there is any firewall enabled?

If yes, you’ll need to make sure to allow the following IPs within the Firewall, ie the IPs listed under “WP-Smush” in the following page:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/wpmu-dev-ip-addresses/

Hello.

Indeed, the problem was due to some of the plugin’s IP addresses being blocked by the server’s firewall. It’s now resolved.
