# Error, Orders Tracking not working

 * Hi,
    We have issues with the Orders Tracking, was trying to add a new carrier
   and now we can’t even insert a tracking number…

 * The error says this:
    ´{ “error”: “access_disabled”, “message”: “API access has
   been disabled due to excessive usage. Please contact us at [developers@wordpress.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-orders-tracking-not-working/developers@wordpress.com?output_format=md)
   if you believe you have received this message in error.” }
 * Please help ASAP, many thanks in advance.
