# Error Payment processing failed. Please retry

    In test mode everything works perfectly, but when I switch to live mode 
   I get an error ”Payment processing failed. Please retry. ”.
 * please help me with this error

 * This can happen if you’re using the same user account for live mode that you 
   used for test mode (because the Stripe extension would “think” that the user 
   is a test mode user).
 * Can you please try [creating a new user account](https://www.theedigital.com/blog/add-new-user-wordpress),
   and test from that account?
