   I encounter this php error (3X) which seems to come from your plugin
   after update

   init’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, LoginLockdown::init, LoginLockdown_Setup::
   maybe_upgrade, LoginLockdown_Setup::create_custom_tables, dbDelta

 * Sorry to hear that 🙁
 * It sounds like the upgrade function that should update the plugin tables has 
   failed to do so for some reason. It might try to do it again but if you keep 
   seeing those errors, you will need to delete the old plugin tables by following
   these steps:
   1. Go to Login Lockdown settings page
 * 2. In the Login Protection tab go to Advanced subtab
 * 3. Enable the `Wipe Data on Plugin Delete` option and click Save Settings
 * 4. Go to the Plugins page and Deactivate Login Lockdown, **then Delete Login 
   Lockdown**
 * That should get rid of the old log tables and you can then install Login Lockdown
   again and everything should be OK 🙂
