 * Sorry, there was an 11 hour period where there was a problem with the download.
   It was fixed not long after you reported this. I discussed it in [this thread](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-open-plugin-page-in-422?replies=12),
   but didn’t leave an update here (sorry!).
