 * Stripe payments suddenly stopped working for us. We now always get the Error 
   processing checkout message. Please try again. Also, team stripe checked functionality
   today, and nothing is even being written to the log.

 * I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with Stripe payments.
 * As a first step, do you remember making any changes before the issue started,
   such as updating or installing plugin(s)?
 * In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
 * 1. Ensure that your WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin is up to date.
 * 2. Check if your SSL certificate is valid and properly configured, as Stripe 
   requires a valid SSL certificate to function correctly.
 * 3. Verify your API keys in the [WooCommerce Stripe settings](https://woo.com/document/stripe/).
   Make sure you are using the correct keys for live transactions, and they are 
   not pasted with any extra spaces.
 * 4. Try enabling [debug mode](https://woo.com/document/stripe/setup-and-configuration/settings-guide/#advanced-settings)
   in the WooCommerce Stripe settings. This will provide more detailed error messages
   which can help identify the problem.

   remember of doing any changes.

 * In order to troubleshoot the issue even further, could you please create [a staging site](https://jetpack.com/blog/create-a-staging-website-on-wordpress/)
   and only leave WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway as the active plugins?
   Once that’s done, please enable logging of error messages by following the instructions
   [in this guide](https://woo.com/document/stripe/setup-and-configuration/settings-guide/#advanced-settings).
 * Then, perform a test order to replicate the error message and check if any logs
   are generated under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Please share any logs related
   to Stripe. You can paste the logs via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and send the link here.

 * thank you for your answer. I did this test, staged a website, after keeping only
   woocommerce and stripe, payment was successful. I have found the plugin that 
   makes this conflict and unfortunatelly it is one of the important – Subscriptions
   by WP Swings.

   did you reach out to Subscriptions by WP Swings support? If not I’m going to 
   as this is a big problem.

 * I just logged a ticket with WP Swings –
 * We are using the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin along with the WooCommerce
   Subscriptions PRO plugin. Yesterday our payments stopped working on the site.
   We are getting an error message (see attached) even when someone is not buying
   a subscription product. I have tried a different payment gateway to confirm it
   is not Stripe, and that one worked. I then found the link below, indicating that
   I’m not the only one facing this.
 * When I disable the WooCommerce Subscriptions PRO plugin I am able to make the
   purchase of a non-subscription product, but when enabled I cannot. This is a 
   production issue. Something is going on with a conflict between the two plugins.
   
   I’ll update this when I hear back.
