# Error processing checkout. Please try again.

 * Hello dear developers!
    I have such a problem when I try to pay, writes “Error
   processing checkout. Please try again.” The logs contain the following:
 *     ```
       2020-09-04 08:18:22 pm: process_payment (): Order 65822 placed. Updating payment information.
       2020-09-04 08:18:22 pm: process_payment (): No balance payload provided.
       ```

   information in our logs.

   and mention you are graf1n ?
 * I would need to know:
    – how much were you trying to pay, – to which bitcoin 
   address, – did you make the payment in time for the payment form to detect it?–
   what was the status for the order in your back office at the time of writing?–..
   and what is the order status now? Has it been updated since?
