Whenever they fill all the checkout page and payment option, they will have an “Error processing the order, try again later”. * No order processed, no order error. And the TPV is not showing any payment errors. We did checked the TPV logs and we saw the payment status OK. * We checked Woocommerce -> Status. All good. Woocommerce -> Status -> Logs is clear too, not error on woocommerce. error_logs from our domain are also looking good * We are not able to replicate the error, if we make the same order on the same direction Belgium, our order and payment will be processed. Not for the rest of the world. * Woocommerce -> Settings we have sell on all the countries, and we have all the shipping methods for all the world. * Everything is looking good but they are not able to make the purchase, something is happening and it’s not getting the error log. I noticed that both PayPal and Stripe are enabled. I noticed that both PayPal and Stripe are enabled. Does this occur with both?** Our clients are only using Stripe, not Paypal. Our client tried to make the purchase like 5 times now or more (on different times when we were trying to fix the error), and they even contacted a friend to make the purchase with their credit card, same error for both of them.The only thing we know is that we payed with Mastercard and they payed with Visa, but that shouldn’t be a problem since Stripe accept both cards, and we checked that the payment status was OK on the stripe logs. - **Are there any similarities with the location they are entering when trying to checkout, other than the country being set to Belgium (i.e: same postal codes, city etc.)** When we tried to replicate the error, we used real location( real postal code etc), and we made several tests as well on other real locations, for us is always working fine, that’s why we can’t replicate to make sure it’s working fine - **Are customers entering all required information on checkout?** Yes, we did checked with them on a call, step by step. The process is: they enter all the information on the checkout page, place their card on Stripe and the page will reload with the error. So no order is processed. - **Are customers from any other location experiencing this issue, or is it just customers from Belgium?** We did had some issues at first with the shipping on London, we fixed it but the customer never tried to make the purchase again, so we are not sure. - **Have customers from Belgium successfully placed orders either before or after this issue first surfaced?This shop is new so we didn’t had any other purchases, and we are afraid this error can happen to more people on other countries as well - **Are they seeing any other error messages when trying to checkout?** For us, nothing, our checkout is always processing fine.
