# Error Purchasing Label

 * We had two labels to print today. The first one printed fine with no issues. 
   The second one gave us an error. [https://snipboard.io/oUntck.jpg](https://snipboard.io/oUntck.jpg)
 * We changed the Credit Card on file and got the same issue. It happened two days
   ago with a split shipment. The first label printed, and the second one gave an
   error.
