# Error REPORT

 * hello, when I want to see the report to see who read the newsletter I open a 
   blank window that says:
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator at [postmaster@bioenergologia.it](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-report-4/postmaster@bioenergologia.it?output_format=md)
   to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
   just before this error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 * Usually it’s an issue about file permissions. Double chek the plugin files have
   permissions set to 644 or 755.
