Title: Error retrieving details Last modified: April 8, 2025 --- # Error retrieving details * Resolved [fdesignsrl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fdesignsrl/) * (@fdesignsrl) * [1 year, 2 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-retrieving-details/) * Good morning, we installed and configured a few days ago WooCommerce PayPal Payments 3.0.1 version on a e-commerce that is not already on-line, but it was all ok during some tests. * Now that is available the 3.0.2 version we noticed that, trying to make some changes on PayPal payment configuration, it appears these errors: - Error retrieving plugin details - Error retrieving onboarding details. * and nothing appears on settings page (please see attached screenshot). * ![](https://i0.wp.com/www.engisamusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Screenshot- 2025-04-07-alle-16.31.02.png?ssl=1) * We tried to update to version 3.0.2, disable the most of plugins, but nothing to do, the issue persists… what can we do about it? * Thank you. * P.s.: on check-out page PayPal is active, the problem is only on settings page. Refreshing the page, same issue of the screenshot: an infinity loading. Sorry for the confusion there. Glad to hear that package works.
