# Error saving form. Upload error

 * Hello!
 * Recently, my customer couldn’t send the form because it told them, “Error saving
   form. Upload error”.
 * I’ve tried disabling the cache on the page and clearing the browser cache, but
   the problem still persists.
 * This issue happened with every form that has a “file upload” field. I tested 
   the form with no file upload field, and everything went fine.
 * Everything has been totally fine in the past, but I just had this problem today.
   I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the plugin or if it could be related to my
   host’s upload permission.

 * I just tried a test submission and by uploading an image and it got submitted
   without any issue.
 * Do you notice the issue with uploading any specific file formats? Possible to
   also share the form export so that we could give a look at the existing configuration?

 * If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can
   duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
 * You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services
   in the next reply.

 * Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve just checked it again and the problem 
   was resolved unexpectedly. This is really strange but for now there’s no problems!
