 * Hello,
 * In order to get rid of the “not secure” label on my website, I followed advice
   on these forums to change my site url and home url to “https:” from “http:” and
   now I cannot access my admin dashboard or my website

 * Support for SSL is something that needs to be done on the server level, i.e. 
   outside of WordPress. Contact their customer support about enabling HTTPS/SSL.
