# “Error Sending Emails” when using WS Forms

 * Hi,
 * Since Apr 05, 2025 I have noticed that specifically all WS Form emails (triggered
   by an action) for one of our client sites have the status “Failed”.
   Note: Woo/
   WordPress emails are successful and Postmark is connected successfully.Is there
   a known conflict with WS Form and does anyone else have both WS Form and SureMail
   configured?
