Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]
Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email as well.

Unfortunately, I can’t do anything you’re asking because the Royal Addoms message has blocked all WordPress windows. When I log in, I only see that message and it doesn’t allow me to do anything else.
Do you have any other suggestions on how to help? I understand that the block occurs because my confirmation email couldn’t be validated, as it was sent to another inbox.

Ya cambie el correo, pero sigo estancado con el mensaje de royal, ya que no se reenvía el mail de confirmacion y no puedo validar el correo, el problema es que si desactivo el royal me sale “error critico”

First you need to change your email address and set the correct email address in Users and Settings sections of the WordPress menu.

The problem persists, only now the message no longer appears, but all the screens are blank… On the other hand, it won’t let me subscribe and I get a critical error. It lets me skip, but that only prevents the message that the email was sent from appearing, but all the other WordPress tabs when I log in are blank.
