# ERROR SETTING 2FA

 * Hello. How are you? I was using the double authentication factor and for some
   time now it started to fail until it no longer recognizes the code I entered 
   at all. I am using google authenticator. I deleted the app key, turned off double
   factoring for the account, and tried to re-enroll it in the app, but I keep getting
   this error:
 * The provided code does not match the expected value. Check that the time on your
   authentication device is correct and that the time on this server is correct.
 * Could you help me to solve it please?
