# Error Setup Free Version

 * Hi,
 * some time ago i bought the wordfence plugin. I´ve got some troubles and could
   not renew the license. Now i installed WF new, cleared the database. Now WF ist
   showing me “Wordfence Installation is incomplete” and force me to buy WF again.
   I do Not want to buy WF. Therefore i installed the FREE version of Wordfence.
   Now this happens to me =>
 * When i click the button to resume the installation the Plugin tries to force 
   me to buy WF. => [https://www.domain.xaz/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WordfenceSupport](https://www.domain.xaz/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WordfenceSupport)
 * Could you please tell me how i can figure the WF Dashboard without buying?

   having problems with this.
 * The free version is still available. However, we made a few changes to the free
   license sign-up process. Existing free site keys created before the change will
   continue working, but all new installations require you to register for a new
   key.
 * You can see the reasoning behind why we changed the free signup process in the

 * Please click on the **Resume installation** button on the site with issues and

 * Hi Mark,
 * when i click the resume button nothing happens. Tried it again and again to install
   the new licence manual. Did not work.
