I think there is an issue with the plugin. I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling, going into settings and turning on developer mode. Still no fix. Looks like rollback doesn’t work with form maker pro. There’s no option to rollback on it once WP rollback is installed. I rolled back to 1.13.5 and it works fine now for me as well. Going to just use that version until a fix is made. Follow the link in the comment above. Delete your current version and install the 1.13.5.
