    This form had been working fine for the longest time then recently a few people have told us they can no longer submit it without the Error! Something went wrong when verifying the payment error

    I hope you are doing good today.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue was reported as a bug to our developers already. Can you delete the PayPal field and add this field to the form again. It should help. There is no need to make a form from the beginning.

    I did that and tried the form again and now receive the error:

    Hi @rgarrison,

    I am sorry to know that you are still experiencing this issue.

    Can you please try re-add the PayPal Payment field and check if that resolves the issue?

    I imported the form and went thru and made the paypal field live instead of sandbox. It goes all the way and lets me log into paypal and put the information in then comes back to: An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again

    Thank you for response!

    Would you please try two more simple changes in the form?:

    1. In “Corporate Donation Amount” field go to “Settings” and make sure that “Error message” option below “Required” is not empty (just put some custom text there for error message)

    2. Also there try changing current setting of “0 decimals” to “2 decimals”

    Then apply settings and update the form. Then clear all cache on site/server and test the form again.

    If it still doesn’t work, let us know here, please.
