# Error Special Characters

 * I’m getting this error:
 * “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
 * I notice that the problem is the use of special characters (I’m using “text” 
   form most of the fields).
 * I really need to be able to put special characters for names for example, how
   can I fix this?

 * Thanks for the help.
 * I managed to find the reason: I had one text field on the email subject and (
   because he had special characters) couldn’t send. Removing it from the subjects
   solved the problem.
