 * Hi,
 * We have ExactMetrics PRO installed on one of our websites. Setup wizard runs
   smoothly and confirms that everything is okay.
 * But, if we try to open reports we get the following error:
 * > The API returned a 403 response with this message: The key or token used is
   > invalid. Please authenticate/re-authenticate with ExactMetrics on the ExactMetrics
   > settings panel.
 * Also, if I try to click on “Verify Credentials” I get a generic error message.
 * – We’re using a GA property with dual tracking profile (UA).
    – API Secret is
   defined. – If I check the source-code everything seems fine. – It seems that
   I’m getting some data into Analytics. – Data stream (in Analyitics) was created
   by ExactMetrics (and everything seems ok). – Search console is associated. –
   Domain is validated on search console. – Already uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled
   from scratch, same problem.
 * I’ve tried everything I could find from Google search results already.
 * I don’t really know what to further try. Do you have any idea?

 * Hi Kevin,
 * Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry about the trouble here.
 * Since you’re using a paid version of ExactMetrics, could you please drop us a
   line through our contact page if you haven’t already?
 * [https://www.exactmetrics.com/contact/](https://www.exactmetrics.com/contact/)
 * You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.
 * I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in
   the WordPress.org support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate
   your help!
 * Thanks 🙂
