Based on what you’ve shared and some background from previous tickets, it looks like your site is still using the legacy live shipping rates feature from the older WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin. Here’s what’s likely happening:
- You’re still using WooCommerce Shipping & Tax to fetch USPS live rates
- The error
HTTP code: 0 means your site is trying to reach Woo’s remote API for shipping rates or tax calculations, but the request is failing silently. No response is coming back.
- This could be due to a server-side block (firewall, security plugin, or cURL/SSL misconfiguration), or it might be related to the gradual deprecation of the legacy service.
Something worth noting is that Woo has introduced a new plugin called WooCommerce Shipping, which does not support live rates at all. If you’ve recently installed or switched to this new plugin, it may have removed your legacy USPS shipping methods from your Shipping Zones.
Depending on your setup, you have two options:
- Switch to the new WooCommerce Shipping plugin for label printing, and pair it with a dedicated USPS extension for live rates. WooCommerce support may offer a complimentary one-year license for this.
- Continue using WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, but be aware that it deprecated on February 28, 2025, so support and functionality may degrade over time.

I have spoken with our server support, and we are currently not using any security plugin. This issue is very recent, so I suspect it might be related to a recent update. Do you need any additional information from me to investigate this further?

Thank you for more information, like my colleague explain in previous reponse You can still use the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin for now, but it has been officially deprecated as of February 28, 2025. so support and functionality may degrade over time.
