It does not happen with purchases from Spain: * > There was an error processing your order. Please check your payment method > for charges and review your order history before reordering. * Also, the customers who got this message at checkout were not allowed to checkout and there is no trace of their order in WooCommerce. I know this information is true because they have sent me pictures of the checkout with the error, but the website does not show their purchase attempts. * I have created a staging site and have been trying to replicate this error along with the help of WooCommerce Subscriptions support. And we have not been able to replicate it! It’s a real mystery. * Oh, and one more thing: this only happens if they use Stripe as a payment gateway. If they use PayPal, it seems that the website lets them buy without any problem. * There is also no relevant information in the WooCommerce logs nor in CartFlows( the plugin used for the checkout). We have had the ‘WP Mail SMTP’ plugin configured for a long time and we use PHP version 8.1.
