    I have the same problem wrong when I try to send emails.
    Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

    You may have reached the subscriber limit for your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
    You may have a poor score for delivery ability. Contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    Check your shipping settings.

    Hi @wysija, the website is in staging environment. Could you send me your email please? I also tried to chat with Mailpoet via administration as explained here https://www.mailpoet.com/support/ but the icon chat doesn’t appear.

    Thanks for writing. We can check your account status even if your website is on a staging environment. We just need to know the domain on your MailPoet subscription.

    The quickest way to reach us is through the built-in support feature. Make sure you have the MailPoet Premium plugin installed and activated in order to see the support icon.
