# Error “Unauthorized” when generating label

 * I’ve set up the plugin in sandbox mode with my DHL developer account credentials.
   
   When clicking the “Generate Label” Button I get the error “Unauthorized”.

 * This might be connected with your DHL account.
    Could you please contact DHL 
   support and provide them with your EKP number, so they can check whether everything
   is fine on their side!
