    Everything worked well. Four days ago WD Facebook Feed stopped working. I did not change anything. Only WordPress automatically updated to version 4.3.16

    error : Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘162891257251712’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api.

    What could be the reason? The group is public, there are no restrictions on the territory.

    Hi,

    Facebook API has been changed on April 4th, 2018 without any warning, and now it does not allow bringing posts from public groups. You can find more information about this here.

    In case you use a Facebook feed created with a group, unfortunately, you will most likely be experiencing problems.

    Additionally, according to Facebook’s privacy policy, unfortunately, it is not possible to display posts from a personal profile. Facebook API provides data about public Facebook pages only.

    If you have a Facebook feed of a profile which represents your business or organization, it is recommended to switch the profile to a public page. Furthermore, using Facebook pages over profiles brings many advantages and benefits.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience these changes may have caused.

    I’m getting the same error trying to set up a new feed for https://www.facebook.com/bodegabrewpub/.
    Is there any way to fix this?
    Is there a setting that needs to be changed on the facebook side?
    I believe it is already set up as a public page.

    Hey!

    Please note, that the page is not accessible outside of Facebook. As you open the page from private browsing mode, this screen shows up.

    Unfortunately, Facebook API considers pages with these restrictions as private.
