 * Thank you for reaching out to us.
 * The error indicates that unsupported content was entered into editor/input fields,
   which disrupted the data structure (only the pro version provides full support–
   for example, in the old free version, entering a sentence with quotation marks(“)
   would corrupt the data upon saving).
 * Starting from version 1.2.9.1, it’s compatible with PHP in cases of corrupted
   data and can automatically change `"` to `'` when needed. However, since the 
   data isn’t supported, only a blank email will be displayed. In this case, I’m
   afraid users will need to recreate the email content from scratch
