# Error updating Theme

 * I had TemplatesNext OnePager 1.2.3 plugin installed and was prompted that 1.2.4
   was available. I tried to update, but it kept failing. Finally I deleted version
   1.2.3 and tried to reinstall the newer version (1.2.4) and now I cannot install
   the plugin. The error I keep getting is: “Installation failed: Could not copy
   file. templatesnext-onepager/css/tx/tx-style.css”.
 * Additionally, I cannot update the I-Amaze theme 1.1.9 to the newer version 1.2.0.
   I keep getting the following error: “Update Failed: Could not copy file. i-amaze/
   inc/kirki/controls/js/script.js”.
 * Can you assist? Thank you

 * most likely your old folders/files are still there. try download them manually
   and upload using FTP client of cpanel file manager.
