Error Upgrading Network after 4.3 upgrade

    I upgraded to 4.3 today on our multisite setup. After I upgraded it said please upgrade network. When I do that I get the following error.

    “Warning! Problem updating https://domainname/sitename. Your server may not be able to connect to sites running on it. Error message: Encountered end of file”

    This was a new site, so I deleted it and ran the upgrade again. Same error different site.

    What’s going on?
