# Error uploading a plugin

 * When I try to upload a plugin, i reseive the following error:
    Unable to create
   directory /home/arjwhvgb/public_html/rijministry.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/
   09. Is its parent directory writable by the server? Any help please? Thanks Emanuele
