# Error using CDN

 * I’ve installed and setup all the information for my CDN to work, but when I click
   in CHECK, an error appears as this print shows: [https://iili.io/dIpjWu.png](https://iili.io/dIpjWu.png)
 * I believe I’ve done everything the correct way up to here. I registered and then
   filled up with the API and other info that the plugin requires. What could this
   be?

 * I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. The site url has to be exactly
   what you entered in our dashboard system when you registered and added your site
   originally. Sometimes if you add a trailing slash “/” in one spot but not the
   other, it will not recognize the difference.

 * Hello,
 * Just marking this as resolved as we are now communicating directly via email.
   Tentative root cause in this scenario is the site was added with a trailing slash
   in our dashboard but in the plugin settings was added without a trailing slash.
