 * I bought my form maker plugin a few years ago, now I have a problem when choosing
   a theme. Any ideas?

 * Are you having trouble with deprecated themes, which only provide CSS stylesheet?
   If so, please note, that these are not supported by Form Maker.
 * We highly recommend you to try new versions Form Maker’s user-friendly themes,
   which will let you have your form with the desired display.
