below error showing when i activated the plugin

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_attribute_taxonomies() on a non-object in /home/thatid/demo/hamilton-finley/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-compare-products/classes/data/class-wc-compare-data.php on line 55

That error is not coming from WooCommerce plugin but WooCommerce compare products plugin. I suggest you post this on their support forums for help.
