   in my forum :

 * hi,
    Ok 1° I create a new topic 2° I add a title 3° In the body I click on the
   icon “Add/modify link” 4° I past my URL nd verify that the checkbox “open in 
   another tab” is checked 5° I click on the button OK 6° I clik now on the button
   to publish my topic
 * And HTML code appeat on my post :/
