 * When I try to add a document, I receive an error message: 404- Page cannot be
   found. Tried deactivating and reactivating, checked the jetpack extension, changed
   the theme and nothing worked. I had imported my website into wordpress from a
   different server- not sure if that caused the problem. EazyDocs works fine for
   me in a different server.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for noticing the issue.
    What server are you using? Nginx nor Apache?
   Apache server is safe for EazyDocs.
 * Thanks

 * WordPress is the platform/CMS for your website. It’s not the hosting. Ask your
   hosting provider what’s the server name. Nginx nor Apache? If it’s Ngnix, change
   it to Apache to get fixed this issue.
 * Btw, what theme are you using with EazyDocs? And are you using the EazyDocs Pro
   plugin?
 * Thanks

 * hi, i have the same problem.
    My server is nginx. And I enable your plugin in
   one of my multisites. When adding a new doc on your ui, it will redirect to 404
   page, the url is like:
 * [https://subsite.my.site/wp-admin/admin.php/Create_Post.php?childID=5021&child=123](https://subsite.my.site/wp-admin/admin.php/Create_Post.php?childID=5021&child=123)

   or [https://subsite.my.site/wp-admin/admin.php/Create_Post.php?parent_title=123](https://subsite.my.site/wp-admin/admin.php/Create_Post.php?parent_title=123)
 * Is that because you use get/post method and it’s not safe?
    Please help me!!!
