Error when adding reservations

Hello,

Yesterday everything was working normally, but today, every time I try to add manually or try to book on the website, it always appears a message saying “Sorry, there was a problem!”.

Already tried restarting everything, even tried using the website backup from yesterday, but it had the same issue. Can you help me find the issue?

Can you clear your site and browser cache and then check it again?

Then go to the subpage https://miauboutiquehotel.com/prereserva/ . The calendar page is there.

Can you share with us screenshots of the calendar settings page?

Also, have you tried adding a new calendar and check if the same issue occurs?

Meanwhile, I tried making a new calendar, but it had the same issue.

I deleted all data and uninstalled the plug-in and re-installed. It’s working now, but I’m afraid it happens again. If you can still help me find out what happened, I would appreciate it.

Hi @madvalentim.

This issue has occurred before on one of our users’ side and it was a pricing issue. The user does not enter a price in the global price field and has this problem (on the calendar admin page).

Since everything is working fine now, we will close this thread, but if you have this problem again, let us know and we will try to find the cause. Perhaps in your situation the cause of this problem was something else.
