# Error When Addng

 * I’m using the most recent version of WordPress (4.1) and most recent version 
   of this plugin (2.2.1). I’ve tried all combinations of the opt-in condition for
   the form, but every submission returns the following error:
 * “Errors when adding/updating Constant Contact”
 * Any ideas why this is no longer working?
