# Error when applying first configuration

 * I installed the echo knowledge base normally without any error and after installation
   I went to setup the configuration, I chose the title and URL without error, however
   when I started to cross the Themes screens for the following a red popup appeared
   informing:
 * Error occurred (14). Please try again later.
    unknown error (15)
 * Has anyone been there? I have already put permission 777 in the WordPress folder
   and the owner of the folder is already www-data and even so I was not able to
   finish configuring the plugin.

 * This error seems to indicate JavaSscript issue most likely caused by another 
   plugin that interferes with our plugin.

 * The problem was not in the plugin, but in WordPress! The same was giving error
   of Mixed Content loading http inside the HTTPS. After installing the Really Simple
   SSL Plugin I managed to resolve the error and now installed it normally!
 * Sorry for the inconvenience and the delay in responding, I was only able to test
   this today.
