# Error when applying points

 * I’m working on a development site with the free version.
    I have had problems
   getting things to display when and where I expect them, but am still working 
   on that. I have now configured it to display points on the cart and checkout 
   pages. I gave my customer account some points and they display. However, when
   I try to apply some of the points towards a purchase I get the following error:
   Coupon “wr_points_on_cart-default-3” does not exist! What do I need to do about
   that? I don’t find that error when I do a search. thanks

 * This error can only happen if you have a conflict with another plugin that doesn’t
   handle “on the fly” coupons properly.
 * So far, we only encountered one plugin that created that conflict : WC Vendors
   Pro.
    Do you use that plugin ?

   or free, installed. How should we proceed?

 * The best way to analyse which plugins causes the trouble would be to deactivate
   them one by one till you see that the discount coupon works.
    That’s only available
   if your site isn’t online yet or if you have a staging site.
 * Then, if you find out which one, you may use the WooRewards Admin interface to
   contact the support and tell them which plugin caused the trouble (WooRewards
   → Customers → (up right) Admin Menu → Support).
    They will give you further instructions.
 * If you can’t do the “deactivation”, also contact the support through WooRewards
   Admin. We will try to help you to find out which plugin could lead to a coupon
   issue.

 * Unfortunately, it’s not solved. I got pulled onto something else. I realize you
   had no way to know that.
 * I just came back to the project and it’s still an issue.
    This site has a lot
   of plugins. I have just tested against WooCommerce Coupon Shortcodes, which did
   not change the behavior.

   and describe the problem.
 * Please also send a list of the plugings used on the website and try to sort all
   the plugins that handle coupons.
