# error when changing settings

 * keep getting this:
    “Error: options page spotmap-defaults-group not found in 
   the allowed options list.” when i try to change the defaults tab in settings:/
   wp-admin/options-general.php?page=spotmap&tab=defaults
 * any idea why? thanks!

 * Can you provide some more info? Did you change the default values beforehand?
   Did you test the default values beforehand in a working Shortcode? Or do you 
   get this error message straight away? If yes I’ll need the errero log from php
   to help you on this

 * hi, i haven’t changed the default values before. i’m able to edit and save the‘
   Feed’ tab settings, but not the last ‘Defaults’ tab settings.
    Shortcode displays
   ok, and i can change the HEIGHT setting in there actually so it’s not the end
   of the world, i can work around. one thing, i am using PHP8.1x on my server, 
   don’t know if that might be an issue
