# Error when editing as HTML

* Thank you for this great plugin. I am encountering an issue when trying to edit
a block as HTML. I am getting the following error in the console:
* `Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'classList')`
* Not sure if this has to do with the fields that are added to all blocks, but
when I disable the plugin, I am not seeing the issue anymore.

can you write me steps how to reproduce this? Do you have newest WP and
all plugins updated? Do you use also Gutenberg plugin? Thanks

* I just tested with a fresh WP install (latest version). Block Editor Bootstrap
Blocks is the only active plugin.
* I create a page and start typing a paragraph block. I then use the 3 dots to “
Edit as HTML” and I get the error.
